What's With All The Crashing?

I've only been playing here for about 3 or 4 days, and on at least 2 of those days, the server's crashed an insane amount of times. I think in the past one hour it's crashed 3 times...
Has it always been like this or is this a new problem? Is there a solution in sight, or is it expected to continue indefinitely? |

| Also when the server comes back up if any cleric is feeling generous, there are 3 dead newbies who died a horrible lag death in Mirgul. =) |

Please report all lag deaths via PM's to DM's on the site, or use the DM channel IG if there are any on. Also yes, this is a relatively new thing, and though we just got a new server from the DM's own pockets, we've recently had a big surge in player base and in expansions onto our world, furnishing up some long-thought up implementations in game...1.62 fixed out lag for awhile, but yes it is a tad laggy, and we are looking into options for us to be able to control the lag and crashing from our side, if it is possible.
